In Sioux Falls, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. This critical position requires managing and maintaining industrial refrigeration and boiler systems. The role involves collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of equipment, conducting inspections, auditing systems, and troubleshooting issues efficiently. Strong safety leadership and effective communication with operational staff are essential. The successful candidate will also respond promptly to emergency repair requests and adhere to best practices for food safety and manufacturing standards. Candidates should possess, or be willing to obtain, RETA certification, and have experience in at least three of the following areas: Ammonia Refrigeration, Engine & Boiler Systems, Electricity & Motor Controls, PLC Software & Hardware, and more. Working a rotating 12-hour shift, the role demands motivation and the ability to work independently.
